The mark consists of a flag design with a stylized band bisecting the flag from the top left corner to the bottom right corner of the flag. In the front and center of the flag is a circle featuring the silhouette of a Choctaw warrior pointing a bow and arrow toward the upper right corner of the mark. Along the inner edges of the circle are the words "CHACTA TVSHKA." The words bend to the curves of the circle on opposite sides of the warrior's silhouette, which is in the center of the circle.
Color is not claimed as a feature of the mark.
