The mark consists of a calligraphy pen, wooden pencil, and paintbrush arranged vertically side-by-side in the center of a circle which is surrounded by a larger circle containing two vines which meet at the bottom of the circle and wrap around toward the top to frame the lettering "V.A.A.S." all of which is in another circle.
