The certification mark, as used or intended to be used by persons authorized by the certifier, certifies or is intended to certify that the services provided by the medical clinics have met the model of care for the interdisciplinary medical treatment of women and girls with blood disorders. The certification mark demonstrates that the recipient has successfully satisfied the standards of Applicant's model of care, attached hereto. At least one member of each recipient attends an annual meeting where training and courses of instruction are provided by Applicant
