The mark consists of a representation of a open top view of a circular bowl with two substantially parallel lines representative of chopsticks, extending over the open top of the bowl at one end and over one edge of the bowl at the other end. A set of three curved lines representative of noodles extending over the chopsticks and a half-moon design appear within the bowl. Two Chinese characters are positioned adjacent the bowl and the term "Banshi" with a dash and either side of the term is located below the Chinese characters.
The non-Latin characters in the mark transliterate to BANSHI and this means eat together in English.
Color is not claimed as a feature of the mark.
