The mark consists of the words "BRIGHTON BAY" in an arch which is shaded in. Two palm trees grow from the top of the arch with the word "SEMINOLE" between them on the right and left. The top portion of an oblong cylinder appear below the letters "T" and "O" and below the arch. The top portion of the cylinder contains a stylized face surrounded by swirling lines. The space between the bottom of the arch and the top of a rectangle containing the words "HOTEL & CASINO", contains wavy lines which are also in the bottom of the cylinder below the words "HOTEL & CASINO".
