The mark consists of a first circle defined by a thick line with the letters "ONV" in capital letters of a stylized font centered therein. Outside the circle are second and third additional circles concentric with the first, their defining lines equal but thinner than that line defining the first circle, the innermost of the two additional circles defining a space between it and the first circle wherein a series of 16 grape leaf silhouettes alternately emanate radially toward and outward from the center of the first circle, each having its stem in contact with the corresponding first or second circle depending on the direction each leaf emanates. The outermost concentric circle, positioned adjacent to the second circle, has just above it and in a curved position further concentric to all circles the words "Olde Napa Valley" in initial caps of stylized font. Similarly, just below the third circle and in arcuately identical fashion as the words above it, are the words "Vintage Wines", also in initial caps of stylized font.
Color is not claimed as a feature of the mark.
