The mark consists of the wording BizRetire written in white surrounded by green. All letters are custom designed. There are 4 imaginary perfectly horizontal planes where elements of the text design rests. First plane is where the top of the capital letters B and R are. The second is the tops of lower case letters iz and ere as well as the horizontal cross section of the t. The third plane is where the middle parts of the B, R and lower cases e's approximate. The last is the bottoms of all letters. There is an arrow, that curves upward then downward, on top of the lettering beginning at the top of the first i where the dot would be and ending where the dot for the second i would be; there are no dots for the i's. The top of the t exists between the first and second plane.
The color(s) green, white is/are claimed as a feature of the mark.
