The mark consists of two circles, the smaller circle centrally positioned inside the larger circle, with a compass in the foreground comprised four points representing the four cardinal directions, each point consisting of two contrasting shades divided by a vertical line, as well as the four shorter points, representing the four intercardinal directions, with each of the four shorter points fully shaded.
