The mark consists of a certain stylized design consisting of a generally diamond shape formed by using ten horizontal rectangles each with four straight lines extending from one long edge of each rectangle. The top half of the generally diamond shape is formed by a top row containing one rectangle with four legs, a second row containing two such rectangles, and a third row containing two such rectangles wherein the inside top edge of each rectangle in the second and third row is connected with two straight lines extending down from the rectangle above, so that the pattern widens. The bottom three rows form the bottom half of the generally diamond shape with a mirror image pattern of the top half. The vertically stacked and stylized words "NSGIS", "NORTHSOUTH GIS" and "A TEPA COMPANY" appear to the right of the generally diamond shaped design, with the wording "NSGIS" appearing larger and positioned above the smaller wording "NORTHSOUTH GIS" and the wording "A TEPA COMPANY" appearing below the words "NORTHSOUTH GIS"..
Color is not claimed as a feature of the mark.
