35 Providing services to assist employee administration and corporate strategies related to black, indigenous, and other people of color and maritime industry, namely, evaluation of diversity recruitment and onboarding, organizational assessment and employee engagement, business partnership search in the nature of matching clients with community and external partners, employee surveys and culture climate assessments, focus group facilitation and training for the purposes of creating safe space for communication on organizational struggles and nurturing collective support to discuss challenges related to workplace diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), review and analysis of business strategies in the field of workplace DEI.
