The mark consists of a stylized pair of skis situated so that one ski is over the other ski forming an X. Both skis are rounded at the top and bottom. Two equally sized, stylized ski poles situated parallel to each other are to the immediate right of the two skis. The basket and tip of the left ski pole is superimposed on the bottom section of the overlapping, top ski. In addition to the basket, the ski poles have a shaft, grip and strap. Below the crossed skis and parallel ski poles is the phrase "Ski Bum" using stylized letters. The "S" in "Ski" and the "B" in "Bum" are capitalized while the other letters are not. All parts of the mark are colored green. A white stripe runs along part of the edge of the top ski. Besides the white stripe as indicated herein, the color white in the mark merely represents transparent background and is not claimed as a feature of the mark.
