The mark consists of The Florida Bar Seal which features three concentric circles. Inside the first circle there is a design of a person standing on grassland next to a water source with a palm tree in the background. Above the person is an image of the sun with rays emanating from the sun. The second circle is adorned with the words "THE FLORIDA BAR" at the top and the year "1950" at the bottom. The third circle has small rings throughout the circle.
