The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration of a bottle for the goods. The front and back sides of the bottle have a spherical shape, with top and bottom that are parallel to each other, and rounded sides. In the center of the front plane of the bottle is an extruded rectangle with rounded corners. Above that rectangle, the words "TEQUILA DON JULIO" appear in raised, transparent, all-caps lettering that curve downward on each side. The base and shoulders of the bottle are round. The cylindrical neck of the bottle is in the center of the shoulders, and has an extruding lip on top. The cap is a wide ovoid shape with the same diameter as the extruding lip.
