The second inner portion of the rectangle contains a sideways two leaf oak branch on each end. The inner most left and right portions of the rectangle contain two sideways stacked "S" shaped swirls with a seven-pointed star between the stacked "S." On the left side of the inner most portion of the rectangle to the left of the seven-pointed star are the numbers 1785 within an oval disk with a nail hole on each end and on the right side of the inner most portion of the rectangle to the right of the seven-pointed star are the numbers 1835 within an oval disk with a nail hole on each end. The central three concentric wavy-edged central oval disk features the U.S. capitol dome with the wording DELEGATE underneath the dome.
