The mark consists of capital H, then a capital A in smaller font than the H, capital VA in same font size as first H, capital C in larger font with an arrow point on top edge of the C, then a capital O in the same smaller font as the first A, TECHNOLOGIES, INC is all capital letters in yet a smaller font than the first capital A and is stacked directly below the HAVACO word. On the right hand side of the lettering starting just left of the arrow in the Capital C there are three narrow crescent shapes in medium, then small, then large size which curves to the end of the INC word.
