The mark consists of a capital letter "S" of the Helvetica Now Bold font turned 110 degrees counterclockwise from the normal plane with a minus/slash/strike appearing to pass through the center of the "S" splitting it into top and bottom relative to its turned plane, the strike being a capital letter "I" of the Helevetica Now Bold font having been turned 90 degrees to the plane of the "S", and representing a symbol commonly understood to mean "minus" in a mathematical sense passing through the "S" and ending equidistant from the center of the "S" and being of the same thickness and relative size of the "S", giving the "S" the appearance of having two symetrically oppossed sides.
Color is not claimed as a feature of the mark.
