The mark consists of of a three-dimensional configuration of a bottle for the goods. The front of the bottle has a trapezoid shape, with top and bottom that are parallel to each other, and sides that taper slightly inward from top to bottom. The corners of the bottle are rounded. In the center of the front plane of the bottle is an extruded rectangle with rounded corners. Above that rectangle, the words "TEQUILA DON JULIO" appear in raised, transparent, all-caps lettering that curve downward on each side. The bottle has wide shoulders that slope downward slightly from the neck to the sides of the bottle. The cylindrical neck of the bottle is in the center of the shoulders, with a foil wrapper around the neck, and an extruding lip on top. The cap is a wide ovoid shape with the same diameter as the extruding lip.
