Within that circle there are two arches that appear to start another inner circle, but only shows approximately 1/4 of a total circle in between the "M" in "MEDICAL" and the "M" in "MRBALLEN" on the left, and between the "S" in "MYSTERIES" and the "N" in "MRBALLEN" on the right. At the center of the image, there is a caduceus staff designed in a skeleton style with the staff, snakes, and winge being formed of images of bones.
