The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration of a label as applied to a can. The label surrounding the can appears with a fanciful image of fruit and bubbles from the top to the bottom of the label. On the front of the can is an image of a champagne glass that covers the length of the can, at the top of which appears the word "ANDRÃ" in a stylized font. The dotted lines outlining the goods are intended to show the position of the mark on the goods and are not part of the mark.
