The mark consists of a double outlined rectangle containing EL MEJOR in large block lettering displayed at the top as an arch with "DE ORIENTE" beneath in smaller italicized block lettering, the word "ARTESANAL" above an outlined general map of Central America showing the country of El Salvador with two contrasting borders, an enlarged outlined view of the country of El Salvador extending outwardly to the right with a series of radiating lines, the name "LA UNION" and a star, the words "QUESOS LAS DELICIAS" appearing with borders, the words "LAS DELICIAS" appearing below "QUESOS" in larger font size and forming an arch superimposed over the topmost section of the map of Central America, the light shading in the background of the rectangle represents a transparency and is not claimed as a feature of the mark, the words PRODUCTO ORIGINAL appearing diagonally to the left of the map, a generally rectangular shape containing "MEJOR CALIDAD Y MEJOR SABOR", two telephone symbols appearing in the lower corners, and "LACTEOS DE ORIENTE, EL SALVADOR C.A." appearing at the bottom.

The English translation of "El Mejor de Oriente" in the mark is "The Best of the Orient".
