The mark consists of a design of an eye that includes a circle, forming the outer edge of the eye, and a horiztonal line across its diameter, which defines the lid of the eye. The pupil is formed by a semi-circle that extends downwards from the horizontal line. A thinner curved line extends downwards from the horizontal line and surrounds the semi-circle, forming the iris of the eye. The dashed lines are not part of the mark and serve only to show a position of the mark on the goods. The curved broken lines on the eyelid and bottom portion of the eye are not part of the mark and serve only to show surface curvature.
Color is not claimed as a feature of the mark.
