The mark consists of a circle, within which, in the top two thirds thereof, are the block-like disjointed letters of S, C, R, with the bottom-right portion of the S touching the middle-left portion of the C, and the top potion of the C touching the middle-left potion of the R, and a circular sun with light rays protruding therefrom peaking out from behind the bottom-left portion of the R, and within the bottom third of the circle, the silhouette of a city skyline which has a horizon that is curved so that the middle portion thereof is lower than the right and left portions thereof, and below that, a brick pattern in the shape of a crescent.
