The mark consists of a profile of a person facing left, combined with a question mark. The contour of the back of the head forms the main curve of the question mark, and the neck of the figure forms the terminal of the question mark. A semi-circle, with the flat half pointed upwards is centered directly below the "neck" of the man, which forms the "dot" of the question mark. The negative space in the center of the mark forms a "P" from the word mark. When the mark is printed in full color, the counter "P" is highlighted in color to signify the "mind" of the thinking person.
