16 Stickers; Craft paper
The mark consists of the design and layout of the packaging for a scrapbooking paper and sticker collection kit. The kit features 17 vertical strips. Each strip is a preview of one of the decorative papers included within the kit. The collection logo is centered on the package with a horizontal rectangular strip running along the bottom of the strips and behind the logo. The logo is unique to each collection, but the placement of the logo in the center of the package is common to all collection kits marketed and sold by the owner of the mark. Each logo includes the name of the collection, written in a stylized font. This text is offset from the rectangular strips by a decorative shape that includes an artistic representation corresponding to the collection in the package. Below the logo, centered vertically between the bottom of the logo and the bottom of the package and also centered horizontally on the package, are four squares. The left-most square is a representation of the sheet of stickers included within the kit. The other three squares are each a preview representation of one of the decorative papers included within the kit, but not included among the seventeen papers previewed by the strips at the top of the package. To the right of these squares appear the following elements, stacked vertically: the company logo, the company website (www.echoparkpaper.com), and the product name, SKU, and barcode. Below the 4 squares, are three lines of text centered horizontally on the package. The first line states the contents of the kit. The second line consists of the words, "ECHO PARK PAPER COMPANY, LLC COPYRIGHT [year]" with the word, "[year]" being replaced by the four digit year of the copyright of the contents of the kit. The third line consists of the words, "MADE IN AMERICA". The remaining space below the vertical strips, collection logo, and horizontal strip is decorated with artistic elements that showcase the art featured in the collection.
