41 Providing educational services, namely, arranging and conducting training workshops and certification courses for licensed professionals in the fields of mental health, medical health, alcohol and drug counseling, social work, as well as professionals in the fields of education, school administration, faith-based leadership, human resources, and law enforcement; Providing educational services, namely, advanced courses including in-depth clinical training regarding working with LGBTQIA2+ clients, partners, and families; Providing educational services, including offering research on prevalent hurdles encountered by clients, such as internalized homophobia, toxic shame, navigating unsupportive environments during the coming out process, and affirming gender identity throughout transition; Providing guidelines for conducting assessments and crafting treatment approaches customized to the requirements of the LGBTQIA2+ community; Providing interactive activities and case study analyses; Providing education services, namely, examining and addressing ethical dilemmas encountered in treating the LGBTQIA2+ community.
