The mark consists of a shape resembling an upper-case M formed by three partially-overlapping upper-case D shapes, the left most of which having a semi-dark shade and oriented with its rounded side to the right, the center of which having a slightly lighter shade with its rounded side facing up, and the right most of which having a slightly lighter shade with its rounded side facing left, and the three components forming various shades of varying darkness where they overlap in three distinct places in the center of the logo in such a manner as to suggest that each component is translucent.
