The mark consists of a large circle, inside of which is a second circle. The large circle has a purple border, and the second circle has a solid purple background. In the large circle, the words "THE ANIMAL LAW" and "PODCAST" appear, with "THE ANIMAL LAW" appearing at the top of the large circle written in capital letters and "PODCAST" appearing at the bottom of the large, outermost circle, written in capital letters. Inside the second circle with the purple background is the head of an elephant, outlined with a black border. The elephant is grey in color with dark gray shading on its ear, which appears on the right-hand side of the second circle. The elephant has a black eye on the side of its head with a white circle inside, and white and black hair is sketched on the elephant's head, ear, and tusk. The elephant's trunk is holding a brown gavel and folds around the gavel's handle and back under the white tusk and appears just above the "P" of "PODCAST." The tusk is in front of a part of the handle of the gavel and a part of the trunk and then appears behind the trunk. The head of the gavel extends slightly beyond the purple border of the large outermost circle on the circle left-hand side under the "T" of "THE." The gavel has black around the ends of the head and down the handle and black sketching that represents the wood. A small band with black borders appears near the head of the gavel.
The color(s) purple, grey, white, and brown is/are claimed as a feature of the mark.
