The mark consists of a shield design divided into four parts. The top left quarter is a design staircase with a silhouette of a person holding a gun at the top of the staircase. The top right quarter is a design of a target with two military style rifles, facing opposite directions and crossed at the butt of the guns underneath the target. The bottom left quarter is a design of an airplane and a helicopter firing missiles at an explosion design on the ground. At the bottom of the shield extending up either side of the shield is the design of a laurel leaf branch.
