The mark consists of five circles where an open book appears in front of the first, innermost, solid circle which is on top of a second, larger circle with solid, pointed rays extending outward around its circumference, representing a sun. Between the third and fourth circles, the arched words, "¡Todos a una!"and "Todos por um!" are centered above the representation of a sun, with a solid star in between, at the uppermost edge. Between the fourth & fifth circles, the arched words, "SOCIEDAD HISPÁNICA DE AMISTAD" appear in bold, capital letters with the letters, "AATSP" in capital letters layered on top of a solid, furling ribbon. Below the furling ribbon are seven solid stars gradually ebbing in size from the centermost star. The fifth, outermost circle is outlined with a rope pattern.
Color is not claimed as a feature of the mark.
The English translation of "Todos a una", and, "Todos por um" in the mark is "All for one".
