The mark consists of a squirrel turned to the right side that is eating a nut inside a half circle on top of a bunting that goes to the left and right sides and is made out of three wavy lines in each direction with top lines longer than the bottom ones and middle lines longer than the other two and curling up and towards the squirrel and stylized wording "SPETSIALIST" written in italics underneath the bunting next to which appears a Cyrillic letter.
