The mark consists of a curvilinear ensemble, consisting of a circle; projecting horizontally outward from said circle, to its left and right, and diametrically opposed, are two curlicues, each curlicue bending first upward and then downward, the distal end of each curling back upon itself; the length of each curlicue is approximately equal to the diameter of the said circle; at approximately the mid-point of each curlicue and projecting downward from it is a stylized, script-like numeral "3", except that on the curlicue projecting rightward from the said circle, the stylized numeral "3" is backward; the base of each numeral "3" is adjacent the lower half of the said circle; the entire said ensemble rests above, but not on, the first two of four symmetrically positioned straight lines, each of said first two lines beneath the distal half of each curlicue, extending distally from beneath each curlicue mid-point to beneath its distal end; beneath all of the preceding is a white space approximately equal in width to the diameter of the said circle, said white space defined below by the second two of said four symmetrically positioned straight lines, each of said second two of said four symmetrically positioned straight lines below and slightly longer than each of the said first two symmetrically positioned straight lines.
Color is not claimed as a feature of the mark.
