The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration of the container for the goods consisting of a transparent bottle that has a circular, platform-like disc at its bottom, from which extends a long cylindrical body that tapers from a wider circular top to a narrow circular bottom, with a slight elevation of shoulders from the circular top then forming into a long cylindrical neck ending in a flanged opening with a cylindrical cap. The tapered cylindrical body has multiple protruding/raised lines running vertically and spaced equidistantly around the cylinder creating vertical concave scalloped projections around the cylindrical body of the bottle, except for a rectangular flat portion on the front of the bottle where there appears a rectangular black label with a silver internal rectangular border within which appears a second interior border consisting of small silver dots, with the stylized word CIERTO appearing in silver on the top half of the label within a circle outlined in dark gray, with multiple outlines of diamonds in dark gray appearing within the circle behind the word CIERTO and a silver agave plant appearing above the word CIERTO. Surrounding the neck of the bottle is a black label with four horizontal silver lines creating three horizontal sections of the neck label with a silver agave plant appearing toward the bottom of the middle section of the label and two interior horizontal lines consisting of silver dots at the top and the bottom of the top section of the neck label and bottom section of the neck label. The broken lines depicting the flanged opening of the bottle and the bottle cap indicate placement of the mark on the goods and are not part of the mark. The white, black, and gray in the bottle is for transparent and shading purposes and is not claimed as a feature of the mark.
