L2 Capital GP, LLC, owner of Registration No. 5374390, that claims rights in the mark L2 CAPITAL for financial services, namely, principal investing, investment management, and investment of funds for others in the fields of private equity and debt investment services and who may have rights in the greater Philadelphia, Pennsylvania area.
