The mark consists of a crest in the center of the mark with a large capital "M" in the center, wherein an image of a pot still used for processing bourbon appears on the top of the crest and wherein the words "LILY MAY" are centered above the pot still with fleur-de-lis on each side of the "LILY MAY" wording, and an ornamental floral design disposed under each fleur-de-lis on the upper right and upper left of the crest, and with a dancing horse standing on its left hind leg to the right of the crest and the mirror image of the dancing horse located on the left side of the crest, and a ribbon disposed underneath the crest with the wording "PREMIUM BOURBON WHISKEY" printed on the ribbon.
