The mark consists of a pair of vertical, parallel lines near the center of a circle, two lines originating near the bottom of the right vertical, parallel line, extending up and to the right at different angles and terminating on the circumference of the circle; two lines originating near the bottom of the left vertical, parallel line, extending up and to the left at different angles and terminating on the circumference of the circle; and two horizontal lines equidistant from and closer to the bottom of the circle, each horizontal line extending from opposite points on the circumference of the circle towards the center, intersecting one angled line, and terminating at the next angled line.
