The mark consists of a shaded circle containing nine kite-quadrilaterals arranged equidistantly in circular formation, with the narrowest corners of said quadrilaterals almost intersecting in the middle of said shaded circle so as to form a broken-lined nonagon in the center of the mark.
Color is not claimed as a feature of the mark.
