The mark consists of a profile of a gold eagle facing rightwardly with wings outstretched, the beak of an eagle extending into the central portion of a stylized letter F in blue, the talons and tail of the eagle being just above a red graduation cap, with a white button at the top center of the cap, and a tassel exending to the left from the button and hanging downwardly from the cap, with the portion of the tassel that is resting on top of the cap in white, and the portion of the tassel that is hanging downwardly from the cap in red. The white in the mark represents a transparent area and is not part of the mark.
