The mark consists of trade dress of packaging that is comprised of a band of color at the top containing stylized graphic images of cars, bicycles, strollers, luggage, tents, and airplanes, a large water drop in the center, with smaller water drops to the upper right thereto, and an oval band of color underneath the water drop, and a solid band above the bottom of the packaging.
