35 Charitable services, namely, organizing and developing projects that aim to improve the lives of underprivileged and impoverished people; charitable services, namely, organizing and developing programs that aim to improve the lives of formerly incarcerated persons, their families, and those at risk for incarceration; charitable services, namely, promoting public awareness of positive changes in the local community, specifically those affecting lower socio-economic areas, at-risk youth, and those negatively impacted by federal laws on controlled substances; promotional services, namely, promoting the charities of others; promoting the charitable services of others, namely, providing individuals with information about various charities for the purpose of making donations to charities; providing on-line web directory services featuring hyperlinks to the websites of charitable organizations; and development of marketing strategies, concepts and tactics, namely, audience development, brand awareness, online community building and digital word of mouth communications
