The mark consists of the two stacked words of "CANDY" over "PRESS" and with the mark being leftward leaning into a slanted backward position. The bottommost layer of the 3 layers in the design is comprised of two groups of four elongated geometric triangles which then border the mark at its topside and its bottomside, and with the four-triangle grouping creating an upward arc across the mark's top and a downward arc across the mark's bottom, and with the triangle shapes pointing inwardly towards the "CANDY PRESS" wording. The topmost edging around the "CANDY" lettering creates a downward bowing of the mark, and, the bottommost edging around the "PRESS" lettering creates an upward bowing of the mark. The word "CANDY" is drawn in a fanciful large thick block lettering which at its outer letterings of its "C" and "Y" arcs upwardly and outwardly, and with its thick lower-case letters of "a" "n" "d" matching the style and décor of its "C" and "Y" and with each of the letters having a gradient in hues, and having bright highlight accents. Stacked beneath "CANDY" is the word "PRESS" which is drawn in a large block lettering of all-capital letters which are situated within the arc of the "PRESS" word and with the lettering being set slightly ajar from each other, and with the beginning "P" and ending "S" being in larger lettering that arcs downwardly and outwardly. Lastly, the middlemost layer beneath the wording then helps construct the 3-D effects as being produced by the underlying depth of the thick dark outlining of the letterings as it evolved beneath and below the outlining of the letterings.
Color is not claimed as a feature of the mark.
