The mark consists of two front facing owls, side by side and interconnected. The owl on the left is higher than the owl on the right, with the left owl's neck connecting to the right owl's crest and the body of the left owl connecting to the head and body of the right owl, with the left owl's body ending about halfway down the body of the right owl.
