42 Strategic outsourcing of sustainable energy platforms, namely, present and future state assessment of energy usage from the point of view of efficiency, cost, resilience and emissions; stakeholder analysis and engagement from the point of view of grid operators, local regulatory agencies, tax credit issuers, and others who may be affected by sustainable energy infrastructure development; design and feasibility analysis of a sustainable energy platform comprised of some mix of renewable energy generation assets, interconnections with the grid, energy storage systems, operations and maintenance contracts, insurance contracts, and a business structure holding the assets and charging fees for the utility they provide; financial modeling and Energy-as-a-Service (EaaS) contracting tailored to customer preferences for factors including duration, inflation indexing and tax efficiency; contracting and business-establishment to own, insure, and maintain capital assets and to monetize these assets through EaaS contracts; design, finance, operation and maintainance of sustainable energy platforms; strategic outsourcing of sustainable energy platforms to allow for greater control of forward-looking electricity costs, reduced energy-related emissions, and increased resilience of user's energy platform
