The mark consists of Image shows the photograph of Pakistan's founder "Mohammad Ali Jinah" also known as Quaid-e-Azam. Above his head in a semi circle are three words in capital letters: Democracy, Justice, Welfare. Behind his photograph is green and silver/white shades of what appears like a Pakistani flag, but the flag is missing moon and star. Below his photograph the first line reads QUAiD'S and the second line reads PAKISTAN, where "i" in both lines is lower case and the letter "K" in Pakistan is made of golden moon and star touching a straight line. Rest of the lettering is grayish and the fonts are unique. Under the word Pakistan is a green underline. Under the green underline are word written in capital letters: "VOICE OF OVERSEAS PAKISTANIS", in green color. Under that is a partial green underline then three Urdu language script letters (translated from English words: Democracy, Justice, Welfare followed by green underline.
