The mark consists of a first circle containing the phrase "THE COMMON TABLE" located on the inside of the circle curving alongside the border of the circle starting from the left side of the circle curving along the top and ending on the right and two curved lines within and curving alongside the bottom portion of the circle; a second circle centered within the first circle, the second circle divided into quadrants with a silhouette of the state of Texas in the top quadrant, a silhouette of a beverage glass containing a beverage in the left quadrant, the silhouette of an upside-down knife next to a right-side-up fork in the right quadrant, and the silhouette of a dinner plate in the bottom quadrant; the entire first and second circle are tilted at an angle to the left.
