The mark consists of a double oval that is wider than it is high, and which is broken in three places, as described below. The outer line of the double oval is broader than the inner line. The oval is broken on the left and right by the "c" and the last "n" of "common man", which is written in all lower case across the center of the oval. The word "the" appears, also in lower case, above the "on" of "common". The word "Roadside" appears below the letters "mon m" of "common man", in a different font from that used with "the common man" that leans to the right. Beneath the "oadsi" of "Roadside", also in the font that leans to the right, but in a much smaller font size, are the words, "Real Food. Real Fast." To the right and left of "the" are irregular lines to indicate grass. There is a figure of a person wearing a brimmed hat, light shirt with rolled-up sleeves, dark knee-length britches, and dark shoes. The hat breaks the oval in the third place, slightly to the left of the apex of the oval. The person is shown in the top left quadrant of the oval, with his feet on the grass to the left of "the" and stretched apart, so that he is leaning toward to the right, with one foot far to the left, his head over the "t" of "the", and his arms stretched over the "h" of "the". The person is pushing a plough, whose handles are shown over the "e" of "the", angling down over the grass on the right of "the", with the blade of the plough in the grass on the right of "the". A series of parallel horizontal lines are shown to the left of the "R" of "Roadside".
Color is not claimed as a feature of the mark.
