The mark consists of a monogram comprised of the stylized letters "S" and a stylized, broken letter "W", both with exaggerated serifs. The first upstroke of the letter "W" stops short of the spine of the letter "S". The second downstroke of the letter "W" is entirely omitted, as is part of the second upstroke which continues to the right of, but does not touch the spine of the letter "S".
