The mark consists of a circle border, within which appears the letter "W" with three stacked waves cascading across and in front of the letter. The left-end of the top wave and the right-end of the bottom wave extend and surround the letter "W". Centered above the top of the circle appears a five-point star which is flanked by a four-point star on either side. Three dots of varying size bookend the stars. Decorative filigree surrounds the circle. Centered underneath the circle appears the stylized word "WINTHORPE " which is aligned into a slight semi-circle and framed above and below with a stroke that is tapered on either end. Underneath the stroke that runs below "WINTHORPE " appears the wording "PRODUCTS FOR THE PLANET" which is also aligned in a slight semi-circle and underlined with a tapered stroke. More filigree emerges from the bottom stroke.
