The mark consists of four concentric circles. The first and outer most circle has a thick black edge. The second concentric circle has a light blue edge that touches the black of the outer most circle. Within the second circle, in the top arc of the circle, the word frontline is written in black stylized font. At the midpoints of the second circle on the left and right hand side, before and after the word frontline, there are two blue stars. On the bottom arc of the second circle the words safety supply are written in black stylized font. The third circle consists of a thin black border, there is a white space between the third and fourth circle. The fourth circle consists of a thick black edge. Within the fourth circle there is an image of the American flag showing part of the red and white stripes along with the white stars on the blue background. Superimposed on the American flag is a stylized cross with a thin white edge on the outside and a thin black edge on the inside. The bottom of the cross is light blue and fades to a darker blue, the darker blue then transitions to a stylized design of an image that represents the peaks and valleys on a heart monitor. Everything within the cross that is outside of the stylized dark blue image of a heart monitor is red.
