The mark consists of four concentric circles, the first outer circle is a narrow band, the second is a wider band with three stars at the bottom and the words OFFICE OF HOMELAND SECURITY SITUATIONAL AWARENESS in stylized font flowing from left to right within the curve. The third circle and the fourth circle are thin bands. Within the center circle is a stylized globe with continents at the bottom, the letters OSA in stylized font at the top. Beneath OSA in the center of the circle is a stylized graphical image of the side view of a flying eagle with its direction to the left. Within the eagle is a stylized depiction of meridian and latitude lines linked by filled-in circles.
Homeland Security has become distinctive of the goods/services through the applicant's substantially exclusive and continuous use of the mark in commerce that the U.S. Congress may lawfully regulate for at least the five years immediately before the date of this statement.
