The mark consists of a head portrait of a bearded man wearing a helmet, to the right of the portrait there are four Chinese characters "Qiao tou pai gu", meaning "bridge-end chopped-steak"; underneath of the Chinese characters there are stylized letters "QIAOTOUPAIGU".
